In the webinar, we discussed how AI is reshaping venture funding, valuations, and M&A dynamics in 2025. We reviewed the rebound in global funding driven by AI, the concentration of value in the upstream AI stack such as chips and infrastructure, and the implications of the infrastructure arms race. We examined talent-driven mega acquihires, AI coding agents compressing traditional software advantages, and the recent volatility in SaaS public markets. We concluded that enterprise SaaS remains relevant but faces stricter ROI scrutiny, AI becomes a built-in capability rather than a premium add-on, and durable moats and disciplined unit economics are once again central to value creation and M&A outcomes.
